Jsem velice ráda za přátelské zázemí firmy, ve firmě si všichni tykáme, což zjednodušuje, alespoň z mého pohledu, spoustu věcí.
V minulém roce se hlavně na personálním oddělení udalo spoustu změn, které KRUK posunuly kupředu jako zaměstnavatele a pokud budeme i nadále dotahovat ostatní firmy a ne zaostávat, nevidím důvod cokoliv měnit.

Možnost osobního růstu.
Někdy je těžké srovnat se s "polskou kulturou" firmy.
Opportunities for career advancement
Firma si hodně zakládá na tom, aby povyšovala především interně. Z mé zkušenosti vždy nejdříve hledá vhodného kandidáta mezi stávajícími zaměstnanci, než se rozhodne pro externí nábor.
Work in a team of young people
Ve firmě pracuje hodně mladých. To ale neznamená, že byste nenašli 50+.
