Bylo mi ctí a těšilo mě pracovat pro společnost Kärcher, hodně jsem se toho naučila a spřátelila s velmi zajímavými spolupracovníky, kterých si nesmírně vážím.
Neférovost nadřízené/ho a vedení. Styl ukončení mého pracovního poměru nebyl adekvátní. Předcházelo to mu nesrozumitelné a spíše hloupě odůvodnění, mé/ho nadřízené/ho. Mrzí mě , že jsem tolik let byla pod vedením člověka, který se nevhodně vyjadřoval nejen o vedení lidí ve firmě. Dle mě, měl/a řešit věci pracovní a ne to, co je každého soukromá věc a rozhodnutí. Je třeba spíše se věnovat osobnímu manager koučingu. Bohužel se ke mně nezachovali férově - hlavně co se týká ukončení pracovního poměru ve firmě.

Benefity celkem fajn, ale už to není co bývalo. Nesmíte mít jiný názor, to se zde nenosí.
Nemožnost finančního růstu, ubývající benefity....

Mít vlastní názor se zde neakceptuje. Nesmíte vybočovat z řady. Pracovitost a píle je po zásluze potrestána.

Pristup zamestnavatele velice prekvapujici a lepsi sem zatim nikde nezazila, snazil se vzdy nam pomoct co se jednalo o cokoliv pokud mohl vysel vstric.....kazdemu rad pomohl a nikdy se k nam nechoval jako nadrizeny a dost casto della stejnou praci jako ostatni jeho zamestnanci
