Firma se nebrani zamestnavat absolventy skol i studujici a taky je tu sance pro lidi, co chteji zmenit svou dosavadni karierni cestu. To vse ve velmi multikulturnim prostredi ( okolo 15narodnosti v 70ti clennem kolektivu) a mladem kolektivu.

Autonomy, great collaboration in the team, supportive co-workers & superiors, I feel and know my opinion matters. Package/benefits are great. Beautiful, new and clean office in the city centre of Prague.
It would be appreciated to get more transparency from the top management.

Home office possibility and also you can develop your skills and influence the processes if you are active and have good ideas.
Maybe sometimes some kind of lack of accountability within the management when it is not so clear who is responsible for what exactly.
