Osobní kouč dokázal pomoci s řízením, nebo vysvětlením vedení lidí, na finance jsem si stěžovat nemohl. Firma má zajímavé a důležité zaměření. Lidé měli snahu dělat svojí práci na 100%
Skloubit osobní život s pracovním bylo nemožné. Firma s potenciálem nedokázala plnit své cíle, nesmyslné kroky, nedotažené projekty, plýtvání ....(mnoho dalších věcí o kterých ani nesmím mluvit), které mě donutily práci opustit. Když dnes slyším co se tam děje, jsem jen rád, že jsem pryč.

Je to tvrdá škola, naučíte se pracovat rychle a na více frontách.
S výpovědí, kterou mi sdělili až toho dne. Jinak v ostatním se snažili vycházet vstříc.

Když měl někdo narozeniny, T.rad mu dal bonbonieru. Když měl někdo kulatiny dostal dárkový balík.
Vyšší plat. A aby lidé mohli jít na wc, vždy když budou potřebovat a né, aby čekali, než je někdo vystřídá. To je největší mínus.

Neslibuje nesplnitelné, v inzeratech píše realna čísla. Firma ma velky potencial
Vice se zamerit na skoleni mistrů. Byt vice otevřený k lidem, na druhou stranu bych mu peala vice loajalnich zaměstnanců.
