nástup po mateřské,pracovní doba,ale to bylo výjmečné

Pracovní prostředí, lidé- nekvalifikovaní, neschopní, líní.. Žádné benefity.. celodenní pracovní doba..

V kanceláři bylo teplo, v kuchyňce byl kávovar a myčka.
Neuvěřitelný protekcionismus. Protěžování některých jedinců ze strany nového vedení, nedostatek (absence) top vedení k práci lidí, velmi špatná komunikace s centrálou z Německa, špatná komunikace uvnitř firmy. Pomluvy a intriky mezi zaměstnanci. Nulový systém firemních benefitů, jen 4 týdny dovolené, žádná motivace zaměstnanců.
