Německá firma - Absolutně nejlepší korporát ve ,kterém jsem kdy pracoval ve srovnání s českým ,anglickým, čínským a nejhorším pak polským. Pracovní doba 7,5 hodiny + 0,5 hodiny přestávka oproti ostatním zaměstnavatelům, kde to bylo standartně 8+0,5h. Fantastický kolektiv odborných kolegů, kteří opravdu kooperují na projektech. Neskutečné množství benefitů: plně hrazené stravenky 116kč, vitamínové dny, 50% hrazené masáže, placená cyklokarta na cyklobus, 15% bonus každý měsic, 13.plat, bonus při životních událostech a další. Schopný managment. Absolutně super kolegové v německem ústředí, se kterými komunikuji každý den. Mohu zúročit své dovednosti a znalosti a získavat nové.
Nemohu napřímo komunikovat s vrcholným managmentem, ale tak je to dobře.

Firma by mohla vice naslouchat dlouhodobym zamestnancum. Odpracuji 8 hodin a jdu domu. Plat vyplacen pravidelne, bez problemu.
Zlepsit platove podminky delnikum. Spravedliveji rozdelovat napln prace. Rozsirit nabidku jidelnich automatu.
