Není zde takový tlak od zákazníků, vedoucích nebo kolegů. Pracovní dobu si lze upravit podle potřeb. Nejsou vynucovány přesčasy. Panuje zde až na pár výjimek přátelská atmosféra. Vše se řeší zdlouhavě, více se o věcech povídá než koná a celkově zde panuje klidnější tempo v porovnáním např. s automobilovým průmyslem.
