Ze bývalým vedením firmy, proto hodnocení nelze vypravovat objektivně. Odešel jsem v čase kdy firmu koupila f.Alca. Hodnocení pozitivní patří bývalému vedení. V současné době nelze firmu doporučit.
S přístupem a směrem kam nyní firma směřuje.

Žádný přístup k zaměstnancům,zaměstnavatel si myslí že lidi mají být rádi za to že mají peníze.Místo aby byl rád že mu lidi svoji práci nechají peníze si vydělat.Nedoporučuji nikomu

Oceňuji trpělivost spolupráci kolegu. Velmy sem byl spokojenej když kolegové jsou otevřený a baví se i zmlačím ročníkem
Mohlo být lepší orientaci v systému a skladu. Nadřízení můžou být chápavějši a méně být arogantní k mladším ROČNÍKŮM.

Protože jsou tam samí lidé který jsou starší a neviděl sem moc mladších lidí takže asi tak

Čistota,teplo na pracovišti. Slušný benefity. Tak nějak rodinná atmos(kop)féra. Spolupracovníci v pohodě.
Bohužel,pravý opak benefitů. Chtělo by to cuknout s hodinovou sazbou. Na třísměnný provoz poněkud mrzký peníz.
