Rychlé učení nových věcí
Hodně stresu, šílený workload, někteří kolegové velmi nepříjemní, drby a házení si klacků pod nohy, velmi špatné ohodnocení. Junioři jako šéfové, kteří sami nevěděli, co dělají. Velký chaos, nefunkční procesy, micromanagement.

U nás ve firmě panuje uvolněná a přátelská atmosféra. Zaměstnanci se k sobě chovají s respektem. Přístup nadřízených je férový a velmi inspirativní.
