Řád a pravidla má snad každá firma, to není nic neobvyklého. Řád a pravidla firmy usnadní práci personálu a uchrání pracovníky od zbytečných problémů.
Complex tasks
Senior Centrum si klade za cíl vysoký standard péče o klienty, což se mu daří a proto má vyšší nároky na personál. Byla jsem tam velmi spokojená, nicméně jsem musela odejít ze zdravotních důvodů.

Oceňuji dobrý pracovní kolektiv.
Vylepšila bych spolupráci mezi jednotlivými úseky, dále bych doporučila vedení více se seznámit s provozem a tím pádem své teoretické doplňky a úpravy práce skloubit s realitou.
