Friendly working environment. Great colleagues. International environment with possibility to travel for those who want. Possibility to work from home. Nice office reachable easily. Good benefits.

good team atmosphere, expert colleagues, very little bureaucracy, respect is earned with competence not by playing some corporate games, home office option, international environment, stability, possibility to travel to offices in other countries
Different people might find different projects more or less fitting based on how dynamic they are, what technologies they use, how easy the communication with the client is etc. If the client is difficult, it can affect the atmosphere in the project.
