Dá se domluvit pružná pracovní doba, zvláště pokud jde o brigády ve výrobě.
Opportunity to work during studies
Vhodné spíše pro studenty na brigády , pracovní prostředí a někdy i komunikace v rámci výroby, evokuje socialismus polovičky 80 let.

Dobrý a přímý přístup (profesní i osobní) od naprosté většiny zaměstnanců i vedoucích. Podnik funguje ve dvousměnném provozu (po 12-ti hodinách). Možnost získání větší odbornosti a případného karierního růstu. Skvělá podniková jídelna a dobré jídlo, dostatek automatů s občerstvením.
Ne zcela fungující sprchy v šatnách (ale vždy 1 ze 3 je funkční). Někdy špatná domluva a spolupráce s brigádníky poskytovanými agenturou. Stálý hluk ve výrobních halách (používejte ochranu uší!).

Smlouvy dodržuje, výplaty chodí včas, zajímavé benefity.
Aktuálně máme hodně změn, je to náročné, ale zase nám to zajistí budoucnost...

Má více jak šedesátiletou tradice. Patří do koncernu EDS Group. Výplaty jsou vždy včas.

+ příjemné prostředí + firemní kultura + oceňuji velmi vstřícné a přátelské chování nadřízených + flexibilita pracovní doby + samostatnost a důvěra

Smlouvy a dohody dodržuje, výplaty chodí včas, firemní bonusy poskytuje
šetří se financemi na náhradních dílech a technickém zázemí, ale to souvisí se ziskem.
