Oceňuji, že firma je ochotná posílat zaměstnance na školení a zajistit jim literaturu, která je potřebná k výkonu práce. Firma má pečlivě propracovaný benefitní program. Vážím si individuálních (hodnotících) pohovorů. Vyhovuje mi stálý a přátelský pracovní kolektiv s téměř nulovou fluktuací. Firma plně své zaměstnance podporuje a nabízí jim karierní růst. Péče o zaměstnance je na velmi vysoké úrovni a je kladen důraz na individuální přístup.
Není nic, s čím by byla nespokojenost.

Vedení má zájem na stabilizaci společnosti, sbírá si zpětnou vazbu a na podnětnou kritiku zpravidla adekvátně reaguje. V posledních letech se významně rozšířil benefitový program, kvalita vozového parku, pracovní prostředí...
V některých případech je nedostatek lidí, ovšem to je asi všeobecný problém na trhu práce.

Pružná pracovní doba, vlastní individuální řešení problémů, možnost vzít si dovolenou "ze dne na den", vstřícná pomoc od starších, zkušenějších kolegů.
Příplatky, odměny za individuální řešení problémů případně 13. ,14. plat, dovolenou navíc, daleko větší otevřenost, upřímnost mezi nadřízeným a podřízeným, kvalitnější zaškolení, individuální přístup k zakázkám.

Kolegové, dovolená ze dne na den, flexibilní pracovní doba
Lepší benefity, 20 dní dovolené, nadřízení, lepší odměňování za individuální práci

Dobrý kolektiv (vyjímky se najdou všude), rozumné a věcné jednání, benefity (důchodové připojištění, benefit plus), zvyšování kvalifikace, otevřené jednání
Ne, drobnosti se najdou vždy,ale celkově ne.
