Vzhledem ke klientele sociální služby, je důležité, aby budoucí pracovník nastupoval primárně kvůli pomoci lidem. Práce v sociálních službách se nedá dělat kvůli výdělku.

Pracovní doba je výhradní péči o postižené. Pracovní dobu můžete trávit na výletech či různých aktivitách s postiženými. Platové podmínky nejsou špatné.
Zlepšila bych přístup a jednání nadřízených. Zaměřila bych se na výběr vhodných pracovníků.
