Pravidelný příjem.
Nejvyšší vedení nemá v mnoha případech ponětí co dělat. Střední odborný personál je silně podhodnocovan. Kariérní řád je v podstatě k smíchu a funguje jen ve hlavách úředníků. Neexistuje možnost ohodnotit pracovníka pokud pracuje mnohem více než ostatní - to co se někdo pokouší nazvat adekvátním ohodnocením nefunguje. Je toho mnohem více a vydá to na samostatný článek a v podstatě už to není můj job.

Disciplína a pořádek. Naučil jsem se jednat s lidmi. Poznat jejich povahové rysy. Starostlivost o potřeby provozu útvaru.

Vyměnit současné vedení. Instalovat racionální a důvěryhodné lidi s transparentním a komplexním programem.
