Vedení firmy při pohovorech hodně slibuje (benefity, plat), poté však sliby nedodrží. Firma není organizovaně vedena a není moderní a funkční firmou ve stavebním průmyslu. Téměř neexistuje stavební příprava na což poté trpí celá stavba a lidi na všech pozicích.

Zastaralé postupy a názory, absolutní nedůvěra ve vzdělání, není to vhodná firma pro lidi s vysokoškolským vzděláním.
