Plat, možnost pracovat ve 12-ti hodinových směnách krátký a dlouhý týden, dobrá komunikace s vedením, vše se dá domluví, pokud si zaměstnanec také plní své ukoly.
Hodně práce přibylo. Obsluhujeme více strojů naráz, kde je náročná výroba, opracování, 100% kontrola, ukládání dle technologických postupů do přepravek, stroje máme někdy dost daleko od sebe, takže se nachodí moc kilometrů. A nejvíc mně vadí obrovské papurocaniu každé vyroby, propočítáváme každou hodinu, co stroj vyrobil, zmetky, prostoje, procesní parametry, kontrola matriálu, to vše za chodu 2-3strojů. Šlo by to přece udělat na konci směny.

Ano. Není potřeba žádná praxe, jen manuální zručnost a chuť se učit novým vecem.
