I learned a lot from my boss while working there for a little time - Nice office - Nice colleagues I met there Cons: - HR is watching you, how often do you drink coffee on your coffee breaks with colleagues. If he sees you doing this more then one day a week - he reports it to your boss in a manner your boss do not give you a proper work load. Which is humiliating not only to you, but also to your boss. - People are watching you being Green and Yellow on Teams - ridiculous communism attitude Employees from my team worked after work time (přesčasy) almost everyday. I thought, it was their personal choice, but then I figured out, I was expected something like this also, though. I got tasks for fresh graduate junior, although I am closer to medior now I was judged that I could not complete the task 100% perfect in a little amount of time (you either do your job fast under the pressure and rush, or perfect. Never both). Finally me being medior got replaced by junior employee. So, if you search for adequate work life balance which is common in Europe - Adastra is not the place to be
