APRko, tj. značková prodejna Applu, pokud jste fanda značky, zažijete něco, co je jinde neopakovatelné. Všechny ty procesy když se uvádí nový výrobek na trh, super školení, vidíte Applu docela pod pokličku a to je cool.
Do určité míry problematičtější komunikace po ose centrála - pobočky, nicméně, je tu předpoklad, že se tato situace výrazně zlepší. Druhá věc a ta je definována nikoliv firmou, ale provozní dobou obchodních center je pracovní doba - 12 hodinové směny nejsou zdaleka pro každého a časem i ten, co si na začátku řekl "pohoda" dojde do stavu, že to moc pohoda není a pokud máte partnera/manželku co dělá klasicky po - pá stane se z toho solidní problém.

mladý kolektiv. skloubení směn se soukromým životem
netřeba čekat od férový přístup, odměny a ani pochvalu. Necení si zkušených a pracovitých lidí. Zlepšit komunikaci se zaměstnanci
