Non-stressful work
Pracovní vytížení je stabilní, není stresující, pokud nehoří termíny. Vše se dá zvádnout, stihnout. Někdy toho je více, jindy stabilně. Většinou si nic netaháte domů. Není tlak na výkon, ale na přesnost, aby se vše stihlo v termínu a bylo to dobře. Naplánovaná stavba hotova, je třeba dobře plánovat.
Security and stability
Cení se dlouhodobý vztah, většina kolegů pracují v firmě více než 10 let, někteří od počátku firmy, což je 30 let. K výročí od 5 let se získává odměna. Po 2-3 letech když se firmě daří získáte i roční bonus.

Každou společnost tvoří lidé a troufám si tvrdit, že většina kolegů jsou lidé na svých místech.
Někdy se bohužel stává, že si neumíme dobře předávat informace.
