- platové ohodnocení, - žádné/neuspokojivé benefity, - Oficiální čerpání pružné pracovní doby - Někteří zaměstnanci příliš využívají pozdějších příchodů/dřívějších odchodu z práce na úkor jiných a jiní zase vůbec - nikde není sepsán rámec. Co je ještě únosná míra a co je moc? Oficiální rámec by byl férový a narovnal poměry.

Zajímavá a kreativní práce s novými informacemi.
Nejsou zařízeny benefity, přestože pomocí nich lze optimalizovat daňovou povinnost firmy.

Velmi korektní jednání, férový přístup, všichni mají možnost vyjádřit svůj názor. Vedení má velmi sociální přístup. Firma sleduje trendy a je nadčasová v mnoha směrech. Velkým bonusem je silný kolektiv, kompatibilní tým, přátelská atmosféra.
Všude je chleba o dvou kůrkách. Některé pozice by bylo vhodné obsadit více kompetentními osobnostmi. Bohužel, dokonalost neexistuje.
