Zeppelin CZ prodává kvalitní produkt, který lfirmy chtějí

Hlavně změnit chování vedoucích pracovníků. Měli by více naslouchat lidem a ne se chovat arogantně. S tím souvisí i ohodnecení lidí, kteří se podílejí na vytváření zisku firmy.

Na všechno je předpis, což občas zdržuje, ale ve výsledku jsem s tím spokojený, neboť jsou jasně nastavená pravidla.

Více spolupráce mezi jednotlivými odděleními a nehrát si na svém písečku Pružnější rozhodování
