Jelikož jsem pamětník, pracuji ve společnosti 20 let, mohu rekapitulovat. Jako elév jsem byl nadšený z prostředí, ve které byli kolegové vstřícní, s problémy jsem se kdykoliv obracel na ně a vždy jsem dostal odpověď. Po nabytí zkušeností jsem se začlenil do týmu a mohl předávat své zkušenosti plnohodnotně na oltář firmy. Čeho si cením? Svobody a volnosti realizovat své myšlenky do praxe. Mzda v dohodnuté výši v termínu na účtu. Benefity, dnes nemám tušení kolik stojí měsíční vyúčtování za telefon :-) Rodinný přístup ...
V současné chvíli a současné době přebytku respekt k tomu, že nelze současně realizovat několik projektů. Přece jen týden má 45 pracovních hodin a 120h reálně je moc. Práce se zvyšováním vzdělání, kurzy, trendy se moc než individuálně neřeší.

Výplata byla vždy včas na účtu, kurzy JN placené zaměstnavatelem,mobilní telefon i k soukromým účelům i s daty...
náhlá smrt = v době neschopenky se objevily inzeráty na pozice zaměstanců, vedení společnosti takto měnili zaměstnace, když nebyla práce posílali zaměstnance marodit
