Asi s ničím
Chování nadřízených a také spolupracovníků z jiných oddělení. Odmítání spolu práce. Na vše mají dost času.

Neexistuje strach o místa, logika investování, tradice firmy
Některé postupy jsou nepružné a zastaralé, profesní slepota některých kolegů (příliš dlouho v jedné firmě)

Relativně zdravé a přátelské pracovní prostředí. Skvělá firemní jídelna, kde se každý vaří mnoho jídel. Firemní benefity: příspěvek na stravu, dětské aktivity, zdraví, penzijní připojištění.
Finanční ohodnoceni by mohlo být lepší a také více odměn/premii.
Opportunity to use foreign languages
Je to německá firma, takže jste v denním kontaktu s mateřskou firmou a kolegy v Německu. Zároveň můžete komunikovat i s dodavateli z dalších zemí. Samozřejmě záleží, na jaké pozici pracujete. Firma také podporuje výuku Aj a NJ.

Jistota stálého zaměstnání, výplata vždy v termínu, jisté sociální výhody téměř rodinné zázemí.
V současné době není co bych napsal negativního.
