Byla jsem spokojena s typem práce, bavila mě. Hodně věcí jsem se naučila co se týká výroby světel.
Nebyla jsem spokojena s platovim ohodnocení v tak náročné práci. Vadil mi přístup vedení.

Moc se toho ke spokojenosti napsat nedá. Jen snad že člověk potkal fajn pár lidí
S jednáním nadřízených. Dělají to lidi který nemají na to ani školy atd prostě vše přes známost takže takový (tlačenky) Určitě bych tam obsadil jiné a zkušenější lidí.

Už vím že co není černé na bílém tak to je jenom překrásné oblbování. Krásně se to poslouchá ale ve skutečnosti je to úplně naopak. Tak rádi vám udělají iluzi jak strašně moc jím záleží na vás a na vaši spokojenosti ale když to nemáte písemně tak to neplatí a udělají z vás ještě velkého blba.
Ano úplně se vším, zaměstnanec musí o všechno prosit nejlépe na kolenach a stejně se většinou nedočká.

Je to velmi jednoduchá práce u které musíte trochu přemýšlet. Když vás zaučuje někdo zkušený tak to jde rychle a bez problémů. Stačí si přečíst pracovní postup a je to.
