Velká společnost s tradici, na kterou muže být zaměstnanec hrdý. Výrobky na které muže být hrdý rovněž. Stabilní, jistý příjem a vždy se lze s většinou zaměstnanců a vedoucích domluvit. Za chybu netrhají hlavu, ale řeší nápravu.
Kdybych měl moc lusknutím prstu něco změnit, tak bych nadělil některým zaměstnancům více loajality, optimismu, energie k práci a hrdosti. Věci které se měnit dají vedení společnosti již napravuje a řeší, pokud je to v možnostech.
