Pracovní kolegové.
Vývoj firmy. Nabírání nových projektů, bez investic do technologií a lidských zdrojů. Za současných podmínek neúnosná situace. Odchází zkušení THP zaměstnanci a jednicoví zaměstnanci jsou nuceni dělat přesčasy, porušovat pracovní řád, pracovní smlouvy a z těchto důvodů, panuje na pracovišti nepříjemná atmosféra. Zaměstnanci odchází dlouhodobě na pracovní neschopnost.
