I appreciate the multicultural atmosphere. Even though it is an international corporate company, growing fast, in Prague office there is still the family atmosphere and the teams are working very closely together, it is a good environment to work in.
I think we as company need to improve the employee benefits and the rewarding of people, so they feel being recognized and evaluated fairly.
