Ocenuji kreativitu a tvurci praci s mentalne postizenymi zamestnanci, napriklad na dilne keramiky.
Nebyla jsem spokojena s pristupem nekterych vedoucich ke svym podrizenym.

Oceňovala jsem myšlenku, se kterou byl Izap založen. Naučila jsem se nikomu nevěřit a spoléhat jen sama na sebe pracovně i lidsky, což mě profesně hodně posunulo dopředu. Rozhodně tohle není práce pro lidi, kteří hledají přátelský a férový kolektiv, je třeba značné psychické odolnosti, samostatnosti a přizpůsobivosti. Práce s mentálně postiženými klienty mi otevřela jiný svět a velice mě vnitřně obohatila. Za to jsem vděčná nejvíc.
