Ochota přizpůsobit pracovní dobu potřebám zaměstnanců.
Férovost v odměňování zaměstnanců na stejné pozici. Lepší nastavení bonusového systému, zohlednit rozdílnost cílových skupin zákazníků. Více komunikovat se zaměstnanci. Opět zavést benefity (stravenky, Flexi passy apod.)

Skvělá šéfová, která vyšla vždy vstříc, skvělý kolektiv lidí, se kterými jsem pracovala. Příjemné prostředí a fér jednání.

Nejvice ocenuji meho byvaleho nadrizeneho, byl ferovy, vzdy ochoten pomoci, proste super, byl spravedlivy...take jsem ocenila.moderni nove prostředí kancelari...
Mohlo být lepší financni hodnoceni..
No overtime
Pracovala jsem v oddělení péče o zákazníky, kde je pevně daná pracovni doba 8 hodin denně. Za celých devět let jsem nemusela být přesčas. Ovšem jak to bylo v jinych odděleních , nevím.
