Naučíte se spoustu zajímavých věci, můj nadřízený je neskutečně milý a vyjde vám vstříc i když se mu to zrovna nehodí do karet. Co se týče kolektivu je to horší, ženské tam jsou někdy nepříjemné a zavistivé, ale myslím že všude jsou takové.

Lepší podmínky pro práci, tzn. méně zásahů nadřízených do naší rutiíní práce a naopak jasné rozhodování nadřízených v případech, které jsou jednoznačně v jejich kompetenci.

jsem tu spoustu let a myslím si že uroven se zlepšila a plat by to chtělo trochu směr nahoru díky cenám na trhu
Ne myslím si že je to v lidech si pořád stěžovat
