Kolegové pomohou a poradí, pokud vědí. Na pracovišti je čaj, káva a voda a potěší i Multisport karta.
- nemají ani intranet + není stanovena většina procesů - nepřehledně uloženo "někde něco" + jinde zase "něco", takže často řešení bez rady kolegů sami nenaleznete. Asi nikdo z managementu nepracoval v korporátní firmě a teprve se zde vše tvoří neobratně "na koleně" - nelze se spolehnout na sliby managera - nejsou dodrženy

Není zde vyžadována (zatím) znalost SAPu, prakticky ani Excel ani Word. Největší důraz je momentálně kladen na prodej čehokoliv a počty emailů a hovorů.

myslím, že Elx se za poslední 2 roky hodně posunul co se týká benefitů pro zaměstance, ale to z mého pohledu bylo nevyhnutelné z důvodu konkurenceschopnosti.
platy pro vývojáře jsou spíše směšné a v porovnání s jinými firmami nemá Elx moc co nabídnout

Jednoznačně jsem se naučil nové věci, je fajn, že jsem mohl uplatnit to co jsem se naučil již dříve. Kolegové a manažer mají vynikající přístup, sdílíme zkušenosti, znalosti know-how, což není vždy samozřejmostí.
Některé věci se dělají na koleni, ocenil bych více efektivnějších nástrojů.
