Příjemné prostředí plné zodpovědných, slušných lidí na svém místě. Prostor poučit se z chyb, přinášet nové nápady. Dobrý pocit z odvedené práce. Kanceláře v centru Prahy, práce, která má smysl, 5 týdnů dovolené, stravenky.
Neziskový sektor se z finančních důvodů běžně potýká s nedostatkem personálu, zde to není jinak a často je práce pro jednoho člověka více než dost.

Férová parta Vřelý přístup Ochota Možnost najít si své pracovní místo (zkrátka, to, co tě baví) Mnoho benefitů (pobyt na čerstvém vzduchu, dobrá nálada, večerní párty atd.)
To se těžko hledá :-)
