- kolegové - krásné pracovní prostředí - krásné a kvalitní zboží
Práce v Nile se může zdát jako splněný sen, ale až se z toho snu probudíte zjistíte, že pracujete někde, kde si absolutně neváží svých zaměstnanců, podezřívají vás, že nepracujete na 100% a to přesto, že tam vypustíte duši... - platové ohodnocení - velmi špatné - bonusový systém – žádný - až neuvěřitelná fluktuace lidí - neustálé změny ve struktuře firmy - neustále změny čehokoliv – které se pak stejně nedodržují - neustálé podezírání ze šíření špatné nálady ( ryba ale vždy smrdí od hlavy) - diametrálně jiný postoj k zaměstnancům než se prezentuje např. na soc. sítích Práce v Nile se nedá doporučit.
