Super kolektiv, zajímavý obor a výrobky
Neupřímné jednání, alibismus, pracovní restrikce vydávané za benefity. "Vše podle zákoníku práce" aneb jak omluvit neochotu projevit lidem důvěru a vděk.
Complex tasks
Enormní množství výrobků na zakázku, nutná výborvná orientace v technických parametrech. Součinnost s procesy není vždy idelání. 4asové termíny mnohdy díky tomu sklouznou do nereálných čísel ale tlak na vyrobení stále trvá.
