Nikdy se nezpozdil s výplatou. Má zajímavé benefity, strava, společenské a sportovní akce, příspěvky na spoření, atp. Zajímavá, pestrá a náročná práce. Nové projekty, technologie, příležitosti. V oboru uznávaná společnost se slušnou pověstí.

Mnoho zaměstnanců se cítí nedoceněno a proto hledá hodnotnější příležitosti. Nově získání zaměstnanci, bez praxe, bez vztahu ke společnosti a místu jsou nadhodnoceni a přesto záhy odchází.

Za tu práci co tady dělám mám málo peněz... Jinde bych měl i 3 násobek jsem tu jen proto že to mám blízko domovu...

Je vidět, že firma prosperuje, stále je něco nového - budovy, stroje. Dbá se na čistotu a úpravu prostředí, parkové úpravy, opravené komunikace. Pro zaměstnance je tolik benefitů, že víc má už jen ŠKODA AUTO.

Nedostatek pracovníků vede ke špatnému přístupu k práci - přijímají se lidé, kteří by neměli ve firmě správně co dělat, neumí hospodařit s materiálem, uklízet, pracovní morálka je mnohdy hrozná. Vede to ke snížení pracovní kázně u ostatních.
