Férový přístup, upřímné a otevřené jednání, řešení každé situace, se kterou za týmem i nadřízenými přijdu. Pokud není prostor mou záležitost řešit v danou chvíli, vrátíme se k tomu, jakmile ta možnost je. Můžu projevit jak názor, tak přít s vylepšením nebo vlastním projektem, které vedení podpoří. A to i napříč odděleními. Jako obchodník příležitostně pomáhám s marketingem nebo logistikou. Práce, kterou dělám nad rámec své pozice je i finančně ohodnocená, čehož si obrovsky vážím. Také mám příležitost pro vlastní projekty v rámci své pozice, tedy shánění klientů i obchodních příležitostí, včetně velkoobchodních.
Jako firma se rozvíjíme tak rychle, že někdy trvá pár týdnů, než dotáhneme procesy k bezchybnému provozu. Na druhou stranu je to daň za to, že jsme progresivní firma s plno příležitostmi.
