Práce pro českou rodinnou firmu ve velmi důležitém odvětví: výzkum, vývoj a výroba léčiv. Přátelská atmosféra na pracovišti. Pracují zde milí a velmi chytří lidé. Férové jednání. Co se řekne, to platí.
Benefity, ty jsou spíše standardní. Je zde cafeterie, pružná pracovní doba, penzijní připojištění, částečně home office, dobré obědy ve vlastní kantýně vařené na místě, vlastní parkoviště, klidná lokalita na okraji Olomouce, firemní akce aj. Chtělo by to posílit interní komunikaci ve firmě. Areál by si zasloužil rekonstrukci.
