Pružná pracovní doba vyhovuje na takových pozicích, kdy je potřeba být v kontaktu se svými kolegy takřka neustále a je možné si zvolit pracovní dobu podle potřeb a neustále se měnících požadavků. Je vhodná pro ty lidi, kterým nevadí zůstat v práci déle a na druhou stranu odcházet dříve, když není v práci zapotřebí zůstávat.

S platovým ohodnocením a prostředky k práci.
Nejasná strategie společnosti. Absence Leadershipu a rozvoje zaměstnanců. Hodnocení, které není založeno na dosažených cílech, ale na osobních vazbách. Neprofesionalita a základní neznalosti některých lídrů. Plýtvání prostředky a neúcta k práci druhých. Absence některých základních nástrojů moderního řízení společnosti.

Komunikace mezi lidmi. Lepší benefity. Chtělo by to lepší ohodnocení na některých pozicích.
