Pruzna pracovni doba
Nedostatecna komunikace. Spatne rizeni a vedeni lidi. Intriky a falesne informace. Korupce na pracovisti. Nemoznost vyjadrit svuj nazor bez negativnich nasledku.

Dostupnost z bydliště. Flexibilní pracovní doba.
Mizerné platové ohodnocení. Téměř žádný finanční bonusový systém. Na to jak podnik funguje dlouho zde nejsou doladěné procesy.

Nic kladného mě nenapadá, jen že je to blízko bydliště.
Přístup k lidem, nebrat je jako ovce...hodnotit dle práce a ne dle okolních firem jaké jsou platy.

Nejvíce jsem si cenila, lidskost, které se ve firmě dostávalo ze strany nadřízených, skvěláá komukace mezi kolegy. Nejvíce mě dostal okamžik, při odchodu na MD, opravdu velkolepé a nečekané loučení :-)
V době, kdy jsem tam pracovala bych neměnila nic. V souzučasné době nevím, jaké tam jsou poměry a pracovní vztahy. Nemohu hodnotit.
