Vedení naslouchá a jedná vstřícně, komunikace funguje velmi dobře. Velmi dobré finanční ohodnocení, výplata vždy včas. Firma podporuje profesní růst a nabízí příležitosti k dalšímu vzdělávání a zvyšování kvalifikace. Zázemí stabilní firmy.

Ve firmě oceňuji férový a kolegiální přístup, jak ve vedení, tak u kolegů, zdokonalování v oboru a kariérní postup. Možnost cestování a objevování nových míst. Včasná mzda.

Oceňuji volnou pracovní dobu, férový přístup nadřízených a obětavé podřízené.
Vylepšil bych zodpovědnost pracovníků, aby nebyly problémy.
