Firma rodinného charakteru, férový přístup k zaměstnancům, přímá komunikace jak mezi zaměstnanci, tak s nadřízenými. Férové chování firmy na trhu.
Občas je tu každý tak trochu "Ferdou Mravencem". Ale to k firmě této velikosti vlastně patří :-)

Líbí se mi příjemná atmosféra při které se vždy lépe pracuje a nenutí člověka zažívat deprese a můžu chodit domů s čistou hlavou.
Zatím jsem nepřišel na nic co by mi vyloženě vadilo.

Zaměstnavatel nebazíruje na maličkostech - např. když přijdu ráno o 10 minut později, ale naopak ocení, když udělám něco navíc. Mám pocit, že je šéf rád, že mě tu má. :-)
Občas bych měl rád podrobnější zadání práce a taky nemám rád náš informační systém a zapisování aktivit.
