Absolutně skvělá parta lidí (rodinné zázemí). Skvělé firemní akce plné zábavy.
* Lepší přehled o trhu * Finanční ohodnocení neodpovídá realitě na trhu práce * Větší flexibilita produktů * z mé praxe plynulo nakupování od asijských dodavatelů, aby se rozjela spolupráce, nicméně se snad nikdy nepodařilo a tento nákup zatěžoval workflow firmy, následně čas produktových specialistů, aby se zboží "zbavili" dříve než úplně ztratí hodnotu.

Férovost a otevřenost od vedení. Dostatek příležitostí pro každého, kdo se chce rozvíjet a posouvat. Svoboda v rozhodování (a s tím spojená zodpovědnost). Super kolektiv.
Občas je potřeba vyplnit nějaký ten papír, což by se dalo řešit elektronicky, ale to je jen malá vada na kráse. :)
