Dostatek benefitů, flexibilní pracovní doma, firemní akce.
Vadí mi přístup k dlouholetým zaměstnancům, ti kvalitní, kteří byli pro firmu prinosrm, byli propuštěni na hodinu a vždy to byl pro všechny ostatní zaměstnance šok.

Plat a pracovní doba
Co se týká vedení, tak to bylo nekompetentní a co se týká chování, tak to bylo nevybíravé. Problémy se zde naprosto neřeší. V momentě, kdy dáte výpověď se chovají příšerně. Velká nespokojenost se systémem zaučování. Dále se řídíte manuálem, podle kterého na pokladně pracujete. Neuvěřitelný stres a zmatek, kolikrát si i vedení neví rady. Za sebe tuto firmu nedoporučuji, práce je pouze pro hodně silné a odolné jedince.

Brigádníci pouze obsluhují zákazníky na prodejně, nemusí na pokladnu. Práce pro ně je v klidu

Největší spokojenost s pracovní dobou a platem
Nadřízení se nechovají tak jak by měli, co se týče pracovního nasazení. Vyhýbají se problémům, namísto aby je řešily!!!

Především platové ohodnocení byli velmi slušné. Kolegyně skvělé, akorát vedoucí nebyla úplně férová

Mají zajímavé benefity, dobře zvládám pracovní i soukromí život. Celkově jsem spokojená s prací ve firmě.
