Oceňuji hlavně to, že nikdo za mnou nestojí a nehlídá zda pracuji, či ne. Důležité je že je práce dobře a včas hotová. Kolektiv si pomáhá a nepomlouvá se, což je v dnešní době vyjímečné. Všeobecně je zde příjemný kolektiv a velice rozumný management.
Lepší finanční ohodnocení. Mám za to, že není dostatečné.
