Komunikace v office. Cokoliv bylo potřeba řešit, bylo se schováváno za tituly manažerů, že oni nejsou ti správní, kteří to řešit nebudou. Aniž by byla možnost předem vysvětlena náplň mé práce, jednoduše jsem byl ve zkušebce ukončen s tím, že jsem se špatně zeptal kolegy, že jsem si dovolil přijít požádat o schválení nákupu člena boardu a podobně.
