Spise rodinny podnik. Nebylo zrejme kdo vede firmu. Kdo je podrizeny komu. Ridici pracovnici bez odborne kvalifikace a znalosti rizeni podrizenych. Vytvareni "taboru" mezi zamestnanci. Prilis hlasite projevy(pred novym zamestnancem) nespokojenosti podrizenych vuci nadrizenym i co se tyce jejich kompetenci. Zadne delegovani pracovni naplne. Nejasny system fungovani podniku. Zadne skoleni. Bez perspektivy...
