Velmi podprůměrná mzda, inflace neinflace. Žádný kariérní postup ani osobní rozvoj. Týmová (ne)spolupráce - předávání informací, resp. nepředávání. Home office - v této firmě sprosté slovo

Benefity na úrovni státní firmy, takže dobře. Každopádně zaměstnavatel to z části bere jako kompenzaci ne příliš vysokých mezd a často benefity používá jako argument proti navýšení mezd.
Velmi neférové jednání managementu firmy. Zejména toho vysokého. Ve firmě nedokáži ocenit vaší práci a jen na Vás hledají chyby. Často dochází až k neetickému jednání.

Vedeni neustále zastrašuje zaměstnance z pozice moci. Neférové jednání. Velmi nedoporučuji vstupovat do této firmy. Arogantní jednání vedení.

Naprosto temné chování managementu. Žádná objektivní komunikace s vedením. Neustálé mazání medu kolem pusy. Vedení své zaměstnance považuje za podřadný druh a podle toho se k vám bude chovat. Jak se říká ryba smrdí od hlavy.Arogance moci
