Do této firmy mě přijmuli v mých 59. letech na sklonku mé pracovní kariéry, kdy se velmi těžce shání zaměstnání. Pracoval jsem jako soustružník-nástrojař na zápustkách (velmi přesná práce). V zaměstnání jsem uspěl a po 3 měsíční zkušební době jsem dostal smlouvu na dobu neurčitou.V určité krizi firmy při nedostatku zakázek jsem musel odejít s odstupným. Po ukončení krize mě opět povolali zpět do pracovního procesu, pak jsem dostával již smlouvy na dobu určitou, což jsem chápal. Vše bylo závislé na zakázkách firmy. Odtud jsem odešel do předčasného důchodu.
Bylo by lepší, aby si tato společnost modernizovala strojní park a vylepšit pracovní prostředí.
