Čisté udržované prostředí, dobrá komunikace, rovnocenný přístup k zaměstnancům.
Nebylo nic co by mi vadilo.
No overtime
Mají pevně danou pracovní dobu u všech směn, jak začátek a konec, tak i přestávku, elektronickou evidenci příchodů/odchodů. Za mé téměř dvouleté působení ve firmě jsme měli přesčas pouze jednou před Vánoci a to navíc na dobrovolné bázi. Bez problému si zorganizujete volný čas.
